At pNW, we develop all our functionality in-house. This means we carry out all the programming work (code, scripting) ourselves. Only in this way can we be sure that everything is coded as effectively as possible, and can we implement changes quickly and efficiently ourselves. So we don’t outsource this; we do it ourselves.
Development
The code ‘under the bonnet’: that’s what your online shop runs on. In other words, programming. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Twig, Rain, PHP, Less, Sass, MySQL; all terms you may or may not have heard of. You don’t need to; that’s what we’re here for. We ensure that your online shop runs as quickly as possible, as smoothly as possible, and is as user-friendly as possible (in terms of functionality). So that your visitors have an enjoyable online shopping experience.
In-house
We programme everything ourselves, in-house. This allows us, based on pre-defined programme requirements, to find the best way to build the desired functionality and ensure it runs as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Page speed & usability
We programme with an eye to “page speed”, ensuring that pages load as quickly and smoothly as possible, and we make sure search engines love the code, resulting in your online shop being “ranked” higher in search results. After all, website speed isn’t just a factor for Google and other search engines when organising search results and ranking them by relevance; it’s also, of course, important to users, who expect to have to wait as little as possible for web pages to load. So that’s good for user experience (“usability”).
